Non-Woven Bags for Political Campaigns and Elections

Campaign and election bag orders require legal, party, candidate, expenditure, artwork, distribution, and timing approvals. This guide does not determine whether a proposed item or distribution is permitted.

Define the Requirement

  • Identify the election, jurisdiction, responsible campaign entity, and applicable rules.
  • Obtain written approval for candidate names, photographs, symbols, slogans, and party marks.
  • Record intended contents, recipients, distribution method, quantity, and expenditure treatment.
  • Confirm accessibility, language, labelling, and disclosure requirements with qualified advisers.

Specify the Finished Bag

  • Polypropylene non-woven material and GSM
  • Finished width, height, gusset, and tolerances
  • Handle, seam, reinforcement, closure, and packing construction
  • Colour, artwork, print area, number of sides, and proof requirements
  • Intended contents and handling conditions

GSM measures fabric mass per unit area. Assess the complete finished bag with a sample; do not infer load, tear, or service-life performance from GSM or format alone.

Campaign Order Controls

  • Use only authorised artwork and current contact information.
  • Confirm printing capability, proof, colour tolerance, and inspection criteria for the exact order.
  • Calculate quantity from the approved distribution plan; do not use generic tiers.
  • Keep the signed quotation, approvals, invoices, delivery records, and distribution records.
  • No voter response, reach, visibility, or campaign outcome is guaranteed.

Approve Artwork and a Sample

Confirm the available printing process, colour count, artwork limits, substrate, colour tolerance, proof, and production capability for the exact order. Approve a finished sample with the intended contents and record acceptance criteria.

Plan Quantity and Timing

Calculate quantity from your own records, confirmed participants or recipients, and an order-specific contingency. Confirm the minimum order quantity, approval deadlines, production estimate, dispatch responsibility, carrier, and delivery estimate in writing.

Review the Commercial Terms

Use a current written quote covering the approved specification, quantity, printing and setup, sample or proof, packing, taxes, freight, payment terms, validity, production estimate, and destination.
