Ordering from Thailiwale — What to Confirm

Use this checklist to compare an order proposal and make sure the commercial and technical details are recorded before approval.

1. Finished-Bag Specification

Confirm the bag style, material, dimensions, GSM, handle construction, colour, quantity and intended contents. When load or repeated use matters, request a sample and agree the acceptance criteria in writing.

2. Printing and Artwork

Share the artwork, colours, print area and required finish. The available printing method and any technical limits are confirmed after the artwork and bag specification are reviewed. Approve the proof before production.

3. Written Commercial Terms

Check the quoted price, taxes, payment terms, order quantity, production estimate, freight, destination and any sample charges. These terms apply only when included in the accepted quotation.

4. Delivery Planning

Provide the complete delivery postcode and requested date. Dispatch and transit dates are estimates unless the written order terms expressly state a committed date.

5. Material and Regulatory Review

PP non-woven material is plastic. The buyer should verify the exact product, labelling, intended use and destination against current applicable requirements.
