TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern use of thailiwale.com and purchases from Thailiwale Industries Private Limited. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You may not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person or infringe another party’s rights.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND QUOTATIONS
We aim to describe products accurately. Photographs, colours and illustrations are representative, and screen settings may affect their appearance. For custom orders, the final written quotation, confirmed specifications and approved artwork proof form part of the order and take priority over general website descriptions where they expressly differ.
3. CUSTOM ORDERS AND APPROVALS
The customer is responsible for checking all approved details, including product type, size, GSM, colour, quantity, print content, spelling, artwork position and delivery address. Production begins after payment and approval of the final written specifications or artwork. Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after production begins, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
4. ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The customer confirms that it owns, licenses or has permission to use all logos, artwork, trademarks and other material supplied to us. The customer grants us a limited licence to reproduce that material solely to manufacture and fulfil the order. The customer is responsible for claims resulting from material supplied without the necessary rights. Our website content, branding and original materials remain our property or that of our licensors.
5. MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES
Non-woven and printed products may have reasonable manufacturing variations in dimensions, GSM, shade, print placement, finish and quantity. Any specific tolerance or critical requirement must be agreed in writing before production. Variations outside an agreed tolerance will be handled under our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. PRICES, GST AND PAYMENT
Prices may change before an order is accepted. The applicable product price, GST, shipping and other charges will be shown at checkout or in the written quotation. Calculator results and shipping amounts are estimates until the order details and delivery address are confirmed. An order is accepted when payment is received and we issue confirmation or begin fulfilment. We may correct an obvious pricing or calculation error and will offer the customer the choice to accept the corrected amount or receive a refund if payment was already taken.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Dispatch and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delays caused by couriers, weather, transport disruption, government action, shortages, natural events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend delivery time. Large orders may be split into multiple shipments.
8. RETURNS, CLAIMS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, defective goods, transit damage, shortages and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. These terms do not restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. ORDER REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION
We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, the requested artwork or use is unlawful or infringing, production is not feasible, a pricing error occurred, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. If we cancel after receiving payment for reasons not caused by the customer, we will refund the affected amount.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments, hosting, analytics, shipping and other parts of the website may be provided by third parties, including Shopify and courier companies. Their own terms may apply to their services. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law.
11. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of the website or an order. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected goods, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. CHANGES
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new last-updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an already accepted order unless agreed or required by law.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, courts with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
