Returns and cancellations
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, sales are final except where an item is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the confirmed order.
Custom-printed and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or returned after production has started. Before production, we ask you to approve the applicable specifications, including size, colour, quantity, GSM where relevant, artwork and print proof.
Report a problem
- For orders delivered in India, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- For international orders, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include the order number and clear photographs or video showing the product, outer packaging and issue.

Approved remedies
After review, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit or refund, depending on the issue and applicable law. Approved refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Return shipping instructions and responsibility for shipping costs are confirmed case by case. Do not send goods back before receiving written authorization.
This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
