Refund & Return Policy

At Thailiwale, we take quality seriously. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Custom-Printed & Bulk Orders

Since all our bags are manufactured to order — especially custom-printed bags with your logo, name, or design — we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started. This applies to all bulk orders with custom printing.

Please double-check your order details (size, color, quantity, GSM, and design) before confirming.

✅ When We Accept Returns / Offer Refunds

We will accept returns and offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered — you received a different product, size, or color than what was ordered
  • Defective or damaged goods — the product has manufacturing defects or was damaged in transit
  • Significant quality deviation — the GSM or print quality is significantly different from what was agreed

🕐 How to Raise a Complaint

  1. Inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Take clear photos of the issue

  4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

💰 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. For bulk orders, we may offer a replacement shipment instead of a cash refund depending on the nature of the issue.

🌍 International Orders

For international export orders, claims for damaged or wrong goods must be raised within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Return shipping costs for international orders are shared on a case-by-case basis.
