Order processing and dispatch
Dispatch timing depends on the product, quantity, stock status and printing requirements. Current estimates are:
- Standard or stocked products: usually dispatched within 5–7 working days after payment and order confirmation.
- Custom-printed, bulk or box/gusset bag orders: usually dispatched within 10–15 working days after payment and written approval of the size, colour, quantity, GSM where applicable, artwork and print proof.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Your order confirmation or written quotation will state the applicable production schedule.
Delivery within India
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on the destination, courier capacity and serviceability. Remote locations may take longer. Tracking details are shared by email or WhatsApp when available.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout or included in the written quotation, depending on the order type.
International shipping
International sample and small-parcel orders may be shipped by express courier. Bulk export orders may be shipped by air or sea freight. Method, cost, delivery estimate, Incoterms and documentation are confirmed in the written quotation before payment.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and destination-country fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the written quotation states otherwise.
