At Thailiwale, we manufacture and ship non-woven bags across India and worldwide. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days from order confirmation and payment. Custom-printed orders may take 10–15 working days.
• Delivery Time: After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 4–5 working days depending on your location in India.
• Box/Gusset Bags: Due to the structured design and customization complexity, box bag orders are shipped within 10–15 working days.
• Shipping Partners: We ship via leading Indian courier services including DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post for remote locations.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.

🌍 International Shipping (Worldwide)

• Samples & Small Parcels: Shipped worldwide via DHL Express — typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on destination country.
• Bulk Export Orders: Large orders are shipped via sea freight (FCL/LCL) from Indian ports — Mumbai (Nhava Sheva), Mundra, or Chennai. Transit time is 15–35 days depending on destination.
• Delivery Terms: FOB (Free On Board) is standard for export orders. CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) available on request.
• Export Documentation: We provide complete export paperwork — Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading.
• Certifications: Thailiwale is GST and IEC (Import Export Code) certified for hassle-free international transactions.
• Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

📦 Shipping Rates

• India: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
• International: DHL Express rates are calculated based on weight and destination. A shipping quote will be provided along with your product quotation.
