Non-Woven and Single-Use Bags — Lifecycle Comparison Guide

A lifecycle comparison between a PP non-woven bag and a single-use bag must use the same carrying function, complete product specifications, measured use, and local end-of-life assumptions.

Interpret Results Carefully

Results can change when the functional unit, product mass, energy mix, transport, actual reuse, cleaning, damage, or end-of-life route changes. State assumptions and uncertainty with any conclusion.

Do not convert a modelled scenario into a blanket claim that one material is sustainable, recyclable, plastic-free, or environmentally responsible.
