Review the Complete Construction
Record material, nominal GSM, finished dimensions, seams, handle construction, reinforcement, gussets, closures, printing, packing, and tolerances. Ask how GSM is measured and which tolerance applies.
Test the Intended Contents
Approve a finished sample using the actual product dimensions, combined weight, orientation, edges, moisture, and handling conditions. Agree the test or acceptance method in writing.
Compare 60, 80, and 100 GSM
These numbers describe different nominal fabric masses. They do not create universal light, medium, heavy-duty, pharmacy, grocery, garment, or gift-use categories. Compare finished samples and quotations for the intended application.
Printing and Price
Print appearance depends on substrate, artwork, ink, process, colour tolerance, proof, and production conditions. Price depends on the complete specification, quantity, printing, packing, taxes, and delivery—not GSM alone.
