Wholesale Non-Woven Bag Procurement and Reselling Guide
A wholesale or reselling operation should be built from verified customer demand, supplier due diligence, complete specifications, unit economics, inventory controls, and current regulation.
Validate Customer Demand
- Interview defined customer segments and record exact requirements.
- Separate interest, sample requests, quotations, and confirmed orders.
- Measure quantity, buying frequency, price expectations, credit, and service needs.
- Do not assume profitability, repeat orders, or market growth.
Verify Suppliers
- Legal entity, address, invoice, tax, and payment details
- Production, printing, inspection, packing, and dispatch responsibilities
- Current product and order capacity
- Sample, proof, acceptance, issue, and documentation process
Define Each Product
Record material, GSM, finished dimensions, seams, handles, reinforcement, colour, printing, packing, tolerances, and intended contents. Approve a finished sample.
Model Unit Economics
Include purchase, setup, printing, samples, freight, taxes, storage, handling, sales, credit, damage, returns, bad debt, and working-capital cost. Test conservative volume and selling-price scenarios.
Control Inventory
Compare stocking, order-against-demand, and sample-led selling. Track inventory age, damage, forecast error, supplier lead time, customer credit, and cash tied up.
Set Acceptance Criteria
Document dimensions, tolerances, sample reference, inspection method, sample size, evidence, and issue handling. Do not rely on broad quality or ethical claims.
Check Regulation and Claims
PP non-woven bags are plastic products. Verify current requirements for the exact product and location. Environmental, recycled-content, certification, factory, and performance claims require current evidence.
Review Results
Track enquiry conversion, contribution after all costs, payment days, defects, returns, inventory days, repeat orders, and cash flow. Change the range from evidence rather than assumptions.
